Terms & Booking Policy for Aegean Hill Stays
These terms explain guest responsibilities, house rules, and how booking-platform policies apply to reservations.
Booking channels
Reservations are completed through Booking.com or Airbnb. Platform terms for payment, cancellation, and reservation confirmation apply to your booking.
Guest details and occupancy
Guests must provide accurate traveler details and respect the maximum occupancy listed for each property. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Check-in and check-out baseline
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and standard check-out is by 11:00, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Arrival guidance is shared before check-in.
Check-in, check-out, and house rules
Please treat the apartment with care, respect neighbors, and follow all house guidance provided before arrival. Smoking and parties are not permitted indoors.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are typically 22:00 to 08:00 to respect the residential setting. Excessive noise at any time may result in intervention and possible booking penalties under platform rules.
Damage and extra cleaning
Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and for extraordinary cleaning needs caused during the stay. Charges are handled according to the booking platform process.
Changes and cancellations
Any change or cancellation request must be made through the platform used for booking. Always review the selected rate policy before confirming your reservation.
